Sicily Blend is what happens when two classic Sicilian cultivars—Nocellara del Belice and Cerasuola—take root in California’s cool-morning, sun-soaked Santa Ynez Valley. Hand-harvested at the first hint of winter, the olives travel only a few miles to Luretík’s own mill, where they’re cold-extracted and gently filtered the same day. The result is a USDA-organic, medium-fruity oil that opens with fresh-cut grass and green almond, drifts into artichoke softness, and finishes with a clean, peppery spark.

Every bottle carries the glow of a banner season: Gold medals at the 2025 New York IOOC, California State Fair, ATHENA, and Olive Japan—plus “Best in Show” and “Best in Class” honors that confirm what your palate already knows. Because the grove is just 900 trees, output is tight; once this vintage is gone, the next crush won’t arrive for another year.

Drizzle Sicily Blend over mozzarella, charred vegetables, or a hot-from-the-oven pizza and watch the flavors bloom. With its higher-polyphenol early harvest and award-winning pedigree, one pour turns a weeknight supper into a Mediterranean love letter—no passport required.

Medium-fruity—bright and welcoming yet confident enough to stand up to a squeeze of lemon or a dusting of sea salt.

Blend: Nocellara del Belice & Cerasuola

First inhale: just-cut grass after a coastal rain. On the palate: green almond, a whisper of artichoke, polite bitterness that blooms into a long pepper-spice finish.

Pour it over milky mozzarella or let it kiss a sizzling pizza straight from the oven.

Grown and milled on a single USDA-certified-organic grove in California’s Santa Ynez Valley, our team lives among the trees and makes every farming decision—from water regulation to the exact hour of harvest—to safeguard flavor and antioxidants. Olives meet the mill within hours, and the oil is filtered before bottling to extend freshness.

Within six weeks. Early bottling under nitrogen helps lock in the vibrant aromas you taste today.

Absolutely. Its smoke point (~405 °F) handles gentle pan work, but we recommend finishing dishes raw to showcase the grassy bite.

That signature “pinch” comes from oleocanthal, a natural polyphenol linked to anti-inflammatory benefits—proof your bottle is genuinely fresh.
