    GP Gragnano Pasta

    100% Italian durum wheat semolina (non-GMO) containing a minimum of 14% protein. The wheat comes from fields dedicated to its cultivation for over 2000 years in the south of Italy.

    • Meat: Beef & pork meatballs in San Marzano sugo, or thin-sliced steak tagliata.

    • Fish: Sicilian-style swordfish with capers and lemon zest.

    • Add spaghetti, stir once, and cook 8 minutes for al dente. Reserve ½ cup pasta water.
    • Finish the pasta directly in its sauce, loosening with reserved water until glossy.
    • Off heat, drizzle 2 Tbsp robust EVOO and toss.
    • Serve immediately.
